Sean Agostini

Sean Agostini, BSc.,PMP
Managing Director

Sean is the Founder and Managing Director of Veratech, bringing over 30 years of hands-on IT experience across Trinidad & Tobago and Canada. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Throughout his career, Sean has designed, implemented, and supported technology solutions for organizations of all sizes, with a particular focus on helping small and medium-sized businesses gain enterprise-grade reliability, security, and efficiency without enterprise-level costs.

Combining deep technical expertise with practical business insight, Sean specializes in delivering secure, scalable, and cost-effective IT solutions that align technology investments with business goals. His passion lies in helping growing organizations leverage technology as a strategic advantage rather than simply a necessary expense.

Jevon Mohammed, MSc

MSP Service Desk & Program Manager

Jevon holds a BSc from the University of West Indies and achieved his masters from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. With almost 10 years’ experience, Jevon’s commitment furthering his knowledge of IT concepts and how to implement them is dwarfed on by his commitment to great customer service. Jevon is also one of our Grandstream certified professionals.

Zaheeir Ali, B.Sc

NOC & Automation Manager

Zaheeir Ali is an experienced IT professional with over 9 years in network operations, infrastructure management, systems administration, and automation. His passion to use technology to solve business challenges, improve efficiency, and deliver secure, reliable solutions. A graduate of UWI with BSc in Information Technology and recently completing an Associate’s degree in Information Systems Management, Zaheeir continues to build his expertise through ongoing professional development, including Microsoft Security certifications, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and Grandstream specialist training. His strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to innovation, plays a key role in supporting the organization’s technology goals and long-term success.

Nathan Low Foon, MBA

Project & Client Security Coordinator

Nathan is a technology professional with nearly a decade of IT experience and over 20 years of enthusiasm for technology. His background across education, retail, hospitality, and non-profit organizations, combined with an IMBA from UWI’s Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, enables him to bridge the gap between business and technology. Holding ISC2’s Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) and CompTIA Security+ certifications, he leads Veratech’s internal cybersecurity program and helps clients strengthen their security posture. He is currently pursuing advanced certifications, including CGRC and CISSP.

Josh Singh

I.T Specialist

Josh has an Associate's degree in Management of Information Systems. With over 7 years of network and systems administration experience, Josh brings a more structured approach to providing IT services having had exposure to larger, institutional IT infrastructure.

Andre Gaffoor, B.Sc

I.T Specialist - On-Site

Andre holds a BSc from the University of the Southern Caribbean and is Veratech’s first dedicated on-site technician. He is currently completing an MSc in Cybersecurity at the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT), focusing on the maritime industry's unique vulnerabilities and defence strategies while delivering expert technical support directly to clients

Devindra is an experienced IT Support Technician with over a decade of hands-on experience delivering technical support, systems administration, and end-user training across enterprise and educational environments. He specializes in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and user access challenges while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence. Devindra holds a BSc in Information Technology from The University of the West Indies and is passionate about helping organizations leverage technology effectively. He’s currently in pursuit of his BSc from College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT). Pure grit and determination best describe Ricaldo, with his can do, never give up attitude despite all obstacles he may face

Adanna is a highly experienced Accounting and Administrative Professional with more than 20 years of expertise in finance, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, reconciliation, banking transactions, and office administration. As Veratech's Personal Accounting & Administrative Assistant, Adanna plays a key role in ensuring the smooth management of financial records, client invoicing, account reconciliation, and administrative processes. Her strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to accuracy help maintain operational efficiency while supporting both internal teams and clients.
